Below is a small selection of the diverse projects that our Team have delivered to our valuable Clients
Welborne Village Centre
Providing full Electrical Design at Stage 4 to allow the main contractor to go out to Tender. Coordination with Client, Architect, and Mechanical Services. Delivered 9 Residential Blocks including individual EV Charging, as well as 11 Commercial Units as Shell and Core Fit Out only.
HSDC College
Havant and South Downs College new Teaching Block. Full Stage 4 Electrical Design Delivered incorporating a roof mounted PV array and ASHP's.
Our design was optimised to reduce the number of distribution boards by 60% offering a significant saving to the Contractor without affecting the safety or specification of the College.
Maritime Academy
We developed the Stage 2 Electrical Layouts for a new housing development. Producing layouts for houses, landlord areas, and apartments. Working with the Developer, a comprehensive Specification was developed as part of the Tender Pack.
Ripley Lighting Report
We assisted a Developer in achieving planning permission for a new development and their external lighting requirements. It was located in a protected Bat area, we completed lighting selections, lighting calculations, and produced a report for submission to planning resulting in the scheme and lighting achieving approval.
Brooklands LV Diversion
We were engaged by a Developer to investigate and create a solution for rerouting a power supply from a building due to be demolished. Working with the developer and their onsite team we designed a route from an existing substation into the existing plantroom. Full calculations, drawings, and a specification were produced to assist the on-site team. We also attended site on several occasions to witness and certify the install for the Developer.
Hampton Hill
We assisted the Developer in repurposing a commercial development into a new residential development. Working closely with the Developer and Architect we produced a full Electrical Design. We also completed all applications for power and communications. Through our innovative design and thinking, we managed to secure the required electrical services without the requirement of a new substation, saving the Developer a significant cost.
